Formerly the old stables, the luxury stone cottages nestle peacefully in the beautiful grounds of The Old Rectory Hotel, next to an 11th century church. The ancient hamlet of Martinhoe is adjacent to National Trust land and is just one field away from where the dramatic cliffs of Exmoor National Park meet the sea - this is great walking country and there is access to the coast path at the end of our garden.

Beautifully furnished with large comfortable sofas, luxurious beds and woodburning stoves, the cottages have been converted whilst retaining traditional features - exposed beams, latch doors and inglenook fireplaces. The cottages are available with either 2 or 3 bedrooms, sleeping up to six people.

The large farmhouse kitchen dining room with traditional scrubbed pine table is equipped with a range cooker and all the mod cons you need to make life easier.

Upstairs the cottages have well appointed bedrooms - most with memory foam mattresses. Luxurious Bed linen and towels are provided. The bathrooms are modern and contemporary and the master bedroom is en-suite, everything you would expect from a luxury holiday cottage.

Each cottage has TV, Digital Box, DVD, CD player and wireless broadband internet access throughout.

Outside is a small detached garden with table and chairs and
allocated parking
